Nathalie is a registered Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry and Consultant at Betsi Cadwaladr
University Health Board, North Wales. She qualified from the University of Leeds in 2013
and has gained extensive experience across hospital settings in Yorkshire, Cheshire, and
Merseyside, with training in Orthodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Adult Special Care,
and Dental Public Health. She completed her specialist training as an Academic Clinical
Fellow at Liverpool Dental Hospital and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, joining the Specialist
Register in 2023 and was awarded a Fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons,
England in 2025.

Nathalie has a particular interest in dental trauma, completing a doctorate at the University of Liverpool in 2024 focused on improving pathways for managing acute dental trauma in
children. She founded the Mersey and Cheshire Dental Trauma Working Group, serving as a
regional representative for Dental Trauma UK since 2018. She has published in multiple
national and international peer-reviewed journals; presented in several national and
international conferences, and has been awarded numerous prizes for her work presented
from the British Society of Paediatric Dentistry, International Association of Paediatric
Dentistry, British Society for Disability and Oral Health, and the Royal College Surgeons,
England.

Known for her calm, gentle, and patient-centred approach, Nathalie is experienced in
supporting anxious children, and is passionate about providing children with a positive dental experience. She accepts referrals for children aged 0–16, including those with complex
needs and is committed to delivering evidence-based, individualised care in a supportive
environment.
