Ordering

UK Delivery

Delivery is FREE in the UK for all orders.

We do not aim to guarantee next-day delivery as standard. Expect delivery in 1-3 working days. Most orders received in the morning Monday to Friday will be shipped same day and will generally arrive next day. We do aim to have all items in stock except where specifically noted in the item description.

Most orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail. Orders to the value of £100 or more may be sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by next business-day courier at our discretion and at no extra cost, but please note that the actual despatch date will be subject to stock availability and day and time of order.

International Delivery

European delivery is £8; the rest of the world (including USA, Canada, Far East, Middle East, Africa) is £12.50. Australia and New Zealand is £15. The charge is per order.

The service used is Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For, which requires a signature on delivery. Delivery generally takes around 5 to 8 business days, but can take longer, especially if held up in Customs. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust delivery charges for foreign orders over 1kg in weight. We will always contact you if this is the case and give you the option to pay extra or cancel the order.

Note that for international orders we will ONLY deliver to the address of the card used to purchase the goods.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any item, you may return it within 7 days, unopened, in its original condition, at your expense, for a refund of the retail price. Please contact us first as no returns will be accepted without prior arrangement. The postal charges are not refundable. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

Cancellation Policy

If item from the shop has not yet been dispatched you can cancel it by contacting us.

Export restrictions

We do not offer any goods that are subject to export restrictions.

General

Security advice

The security of your transactions and personal information is our priority.

  • We will never ask for your account passwords nor your bank account details.
  • We will never ask for your credit/debit card four-digit PIN under any circumstances.

Be vigilant whenever giving out your personal information. If you are contacted or receive an unsolicited email which asks you for your password or personal banking information, disregard the request and report the communication to us for investigation.

Reporting a technical fault with the site

Please contact us telling us which browser and operating system you are using and a description of the problem you encountered so that we may look into it. The more information you provide the better.
